Choose your CRM to manager your business and leads.

CRM which stands for customer relationship management is software that allows you to keep track of leads, deals, contacts, and other important parts of your business.  They range from very simple to extremely complex tools that are capable of running your entire business no matter how large it gets. 

There are so many CRM's out there it's easy to get overwhelmed.  Don't worry, we have used a ton, including designing our own custom one (which we stopped using).

The CRM our company uses Now

Below is a signup link to create your own bitrix crm.  It's a powerful crm that you can use to track your leads, deals and much more.  It's not a free trial its free.  So click the link below and set it up. Get Bitrix24 here.

Once you setup up your crm you can start keeping track of your contacts and much more.

The above crm is free and very good.  If you want to pay money for a crm it has upgrade options and can fully automate your business.  I suggest using the free version until you understand this business but if you want to pay for a full-fledged crm with all the bells and whistles you can pay for the upgraded version which gives you full automation and much more.

If we didn't use the Bitrix24 we'd use Freedomsoft

Another option for a full fledge CRM is freedomsoft.  It's a very high-level crm that I used years ago.  It wasn't as good when I used it years ago, but it was bought by Rob Swanson and has been improved tremendously. It's specific to real estate and has some unique features that bitrix24 doesn't.  But I personally use bitrix for multiple businesses so it makes more sense for us.

Setting up your CRM

Now that you have picked out your crm it's time to get used to it.  We won't spend a ton of time here as it can be a big time suck getting everything perfect (there is no perfect).  The idea is to understand how to use it.

Whether you chose Bitrix24 or Freedomsoft or some other CRM most have similar functions.  The main things to know are inputting leads, contacts, and deals.   Then learn how to setup up reminders, tasks, and events.  Spend some time watching the training videos both programs offer.  

That's it for this one.  Spend some time getting to know your system.  A few hours will get you what you need if you focus on just this task.
