What is KDS Development?
KDS Development is a free real estate education and resource site for investors, agents, contractors and anyone building a real estate business. We publish step-by-step guides, reviews and comparisons of real estate tools and software, calculators, and roundups of courses. New here? Start with how to use this site.
Is the content really free?
Yes. Every guide, article, review and calculator on this site is free to read and use, and you don't need an account. Some of the products and courses we review are paid products from other companies. When that's the case, the review says so and covers the pricing.
How do you choose and review tools?
We cover the tools real estate investors, agents and contractors actually use: CRMs, dialers, list and data providers, deal analysis, property management, marketing and more. Each review looks at features, pricing, support and who the tool suits (and who it doesn't), based on our own use or close research of the product. Browse them all under Products and Resources.
Are the prices in your reviews current?
Software pricing changes often. Our reviews give pricing as of when they were written or last updated, so always confirm the current price on the vendor's own site before you buy.
Do you earn money when I buy something you recommend?
Sometimes. Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change what we write, and we review plenty of tools we earn nothing from. KDS also teamed up to create Contactually, and we say so wherever we mention it.
